NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-006347, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANA MARIA GARDONIO; STONEBRIDGE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PROMENADES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANA MARIE GARDONIO A/K/A MARY GARDONIO; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of February 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Together with an undividied interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
