NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the January 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-12726, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHRISIE-LEE LAHRIS, MICHAEL A. LAHRIS, METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATON INC., JANE DOE and JOHN DOE A/K/A STEVE DAMORA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on March 2, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7630, PAGE 3798, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION FOR THE METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO THE USE OF PARKING SPACE #45 AND #79, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
