NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-003395, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and RUBEN SANTIAGO; CARMEN I SANTIAGO A/K/A CARMEN SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSALBA G DEPABLOS A/K/A JADRE RUBIANO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the March 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, BLOCK 5, VILLAGES OF SOUTHPORT PHASE 1D, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 51-53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
