NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the January 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-32201, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and PATRICK KISHORE A/K/A PATRICK R KISHORE AKA PATRICK KISHOIR, STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY A/S/O EDNA MIRANDA AND MARISOL MIRANDA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A VARON KISHORE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on March 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK A, PINE HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
