NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-001503-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. deutsche bank national trust company as trustee on behalf of morgan stanley abs capital i inc. trust 2006-he6, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-he6, is Plaintiff and william d stefanisko; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc. as nominee for decision one mortgage company, llc; ventura country club community homeowners association, inc., are the defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 67, shadybranch village a replat of tract 2, ventura-phase 1, according to plat recorded in plat book 9, page 40, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
