NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the January 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-23089, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and NELSON BILLIARD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NELSON BILLIARD A/K/A NILSA BILLIARD; JANE DOE A/K/A SIOMAIRA MELENDEZ; JOHN DOE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on March 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 642, EAST ORLANDO SECTION SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
