LOT 120 OF HUCKLEBERRY FIELDS TRACT N-6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGES 137 AND 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1271 BALLYSHANNON PKWY, ORLANDO, FL 32828; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 16, 2012 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
