Condominium Unit 405, THE RESIDENCE CONDOMINIUMS, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4769, Page 1108-1242, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on February 24, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
