Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment on Foreclosure entered on January 20, 2012 in Case No. 2010 CA 054861 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, in which IBERIABANK is Plaintiff and EDITH MARIA VIERA, A/K/A EDITH M. VIERA MORALES, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROBERT VIERA A/K/A ROBERTO VIERA MORALES, W.B. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, and AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES, INC., are Defendants, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lots 65 and 66, Block 3846, CAPE CORAL UNIT 53, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 64, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The sale will be held on February 23, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. EST to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the Lee County Foreclosure Sale Website, www.lee.realforeclose.com on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
