NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statues on the 23 day of February, 2012. that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Those certain condominium parcels composed of Suite 38, less the Southerly 120+/- square feet, described in Official Records Book 3277, Page 1929, and recorded in Official Records Book 3285, Page 3926, Suite 39 and 40 of Phase III: Suites 69, 70, 71 and 72 of Phase VI; Suites 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, and 84 of Phase VII; and the undivided shares in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of KENWOOD PARK BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL VILLAGE, a condominium with the schedules annexed thereto, as recorded in Official Records Book 1594, at Pages 1313 through 1371, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, and as per the Certificate recorded in Official Records Book 1625, Page 644; Certificate recorded in Official Records Book 1666, Page 3543, and Certificate recorded in Official Records Book 1719, at Page 2449, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
