NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 20, 2012 and entered in 11-CA-052749 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER M. HARPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER M. HARPER; COPPER OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on March 21, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, COPPER OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, AT PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
