NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 24 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-50314, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and HELEN H MALCOLM, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 68, UNIT 7, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
