Recchilongo, and having the last known address of 13288 White Marsh Lane, Apt. #9, Fort Myers, FL 33912, and all parties having or claiming any right, title, or interest in the property herein described:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED of an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 3409, Building No. 4, of Cross Creek of Ft. Myers Condo Phase 4, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1761, page(s) 518 through 586, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Common Address: 13288 White Marsh Lane, Apt. #9, Fort Myers, FL 33912.
An action to foreclose a lien has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Dana Collier Herst, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 100 East Linton Blvd, Suite 502-B, Delray Beach, FL 33483, on or before and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW.
