Lots 26 through 37, inclusive, Block 3377, Cape Coral, Unit 65, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 151 through 164, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with that portion of the 20 foot vacated as described in Resolution No 131-89, recorded in Official Records Book 2101, Page 4801.

Lots 38 through 49, inclusive, Block 3377, Cape Coral, Unit 64, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 82 through 95, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with that portion of the 20 foot vacated as described in Resolution No 131-89, recorded in Official Records Book 2101, Page 4801.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SAME, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
