NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 26, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-009320 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-FRE1, is the Plaintiff and JOHN M. MEAGHER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 27 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 202, BUILDING I OF PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4211, PAGE 4187 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
