NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-058318 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc. alternative loan trust 2006-oc5 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-oc5, is Plaintiff, and faith ann delong, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 38, UNIT 8, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
