NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment filed January 20, 2012, entered in Case No. 11-CA-054658 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHARLIE WALTERS, TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLIE WALTERS TRUST dated February 2, 2005, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM D. MILLS and MARIAN N. MILLS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash,at the Lee County Justice Center, 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby, 2075 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901 beginning at 11:00 am, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of February, 2012, the property described in Exhibit A, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Parcel 1: Lot 11, Block 3, Morningside Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 48, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

AND

Parcel 2: Lots 12, 13, and 14, Block D, CARVER PARK, , according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Pages 87, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

AND

Parcel 3: Lot 30, Block E, CARVER PARK, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Pages 87, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

AND

Parcel 4: Lot 4, less East 80 feet, MARIANA PARK, 2ND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 37, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

AND

Parcel 5: Lots 2 and 3 of Block 4, of Hendry, Foxworthy and Frierson's Addition to East Fort Myers, known as Fairview, the same being a subdivision of a part of Lot 1 of Section 7, and a part of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 8, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, according to the plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, Page 60; ALSO: Commencing at a point on the southeastern line of Lot 15 in Block 19 of East Fort Myers-Travers and Hendry Subdivision 100 feet northeasterly from the Southwest corner of said Lot 15, running then northwesterly to the southwest corner of Lot 3 in Block 4 of Fairview, Hendry, Foxworthy and Frierson's Addition to East Fort Myers running thence easterly to a point on the southwestern line of Lot 2 in said Block 4 of Fairview, Hendry, Foxworthy and Frierson's Addition to East Fort Myers 99.25 feet southwesterly from the southeast corner of said Lot 2 and thence southwesterly on the southeast line of Lot 15 in Block 19 to the place of beginning, it being the intention herein to convey a triangular portion of said Lot 15 sufficient to square each of said Lots 2 and 3, in said Block 4, to a frontage of 100 feet on Seminole Avenue.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
