NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment filed January 20, 2012, entered in Case No. 11-CA-054658 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHARLIE WALTERS, TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLIE WALTERS TRUST dated February 2, 2005, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM D. MILLS and MARIAN N. MILLS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash,at the Lee County Justice Center, 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby, 2075 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901 beginning at 11:00 am, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of February, 2012, the property described in Exhibit A, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Parcel 6: East ½ of Lot 10, all of Lots 11 and 12, and a 10 foot strip of uniform width along the westerly side of Lot 13, Block 2, WM. H. TOWLES ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 10, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

AND

Parcel 7: Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Third Street and Park Avenue, in the City of Fort Myers, thence Southerly along Park Avenue 190 feet; thence South 69° West 110 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Western boundary line of Block 16 of Evans Homestead, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, to the Southerly side of Third Street; thence Easterly along Third Street 110 feet to the Point of Beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT; Those lands as described in Official Records Book 2560, Page 1079, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
