NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Summary Final Judgment and Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 26, 2012, entered in Case No.: 10-CA-060054 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff, and K&M&M, LLC, et al , are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com , on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, less the south 140.86 feet thereof, BENCHMARK CORPORATE PARK, PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, pages 59-64, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
