Quinones; Maritza R. Ubarri; Unknown Tenant(s); SunTrust Bank; and Board of Commissioners of Lee County, Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on February 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
