NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 27 day of February, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Section 28, Township 46 South, Range 25 East, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast (NE) corner of the West half (W 1/2) of the East half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section 28, thence South, a distance of 858.00 feet; thence West, a distance of 465,00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and from said POINT OF BEGINNING run South, a distance of 132.00 feet; thence West, a distance of 195.00 feet; thence North, a distance of 132.00 feet; thence East, a distance of 195.00 feet; more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel. Less the West 25 feet reserved for road right-of-way. Subject to easements rights-of-way and/or reservations of record. If any including that certain 15 foot wide ingress-egress easement over and across the North 15 feet thereof
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
