Company as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 1, 2007, GSAMP Trust 2007-FM2, Plaintiff and Sandra M. Diringer and John S. Terino are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1528, PAGES 1064 THROUGH 1145, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
