Friedman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
all that certain parcel of land situate in the county of lee, state of florida, being known and designated as lot 26, block 4952, unit 73, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 23, pages 27 to 40, inclusive, in the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
