Ramsey, Riverwind Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., John Doe and Jane Doe are Defendants, on March 26, 2012, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclsure, to wit:
Lot 64, RIVERWIND COVE, PHASE II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 95 through 97, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
