NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment filed January 20, 2012, setting the sale date as noticed herein, entered in the Captioned Matter of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and TCSC HOLDINGS, LLC; SURVERYING AND MAPPING, INC.; CAPE PROFESSIONAL CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOMAS CHERNESKY; STACY CHERNESKY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County Justice Center, 2nd Floor Office Lobby, 2075 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33901 at 11:00 AM or as soon as the sale may be had, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of April, 2012, the following described property:
Unit 5, Cape Professional Center, a Condominium, According to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded at instrument number: 2008000221017, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

a/k/a 1216 SW 4th Street, Unit 5, Cape Coral, Florida 33991 (Mortgage #1).

Unit 6, Cape Professional Center, a Condominium, According to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded at instrument number: 2008000221017, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THIS ALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
