HSBC BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-0Al (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALBA R. GARCIA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
