Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure or Order filed January 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 36-2011-CA-052541, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARgenT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W4, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff, and STEPHEN W. Herzfeld, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 3818, Unit 52, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, pages 49 through 63, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on 27 day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
