ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-18 is the Plaintiff, and, ROSEMARIE HENRY; EDGAR J. ALLEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com , at 9:00 AM on February 27, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 2318, Unit 36, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 112 through 130, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
