Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on October 17, 2011, in Case No.: 2011-CA-052046, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and MICROWARE, INC., a Florida corporation, DARIUS A. JOSEPH, an individual, THE FT. MYERS COMMERCE PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, D75 COMMERCE CENTER OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are the Defendants, I, Charlie Green, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell at public sale the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Units A-15 and A-16, THE FT. MYERS COMMERCE PARK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2007000091937, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
The sale will be held on February 27, 2012, to the highest and best bidder for cash on an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date, in accordance with §45.031 Fl. Stat.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
