NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-052894 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and RONALD K. MANN, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
UNIT 2018, BUILDING 21, PHASE 5, SOMERVILLE AT SANDOVAL SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2005000174221, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DELCARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 200600085303, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 20060000085304, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
