NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-053767 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and LYDIA COOLEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYDIA J. COOLEY, SOUTHWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 27 day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 4, OF SOUTHWOOD CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1680, PAGES 4073 THROUGH 4148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
