NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 27, 2012 and entered in 11-CA-053071 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY L. JONES; WENDY G. JONES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS; INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on February 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 77 AND 78, BLOCK 641, UNIT 21 OF CAPE CORAL, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING OT THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 149 THROUGH 173, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
