NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-004572 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium unit N.216, Building 2835, of Village Creek, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Clerk's File No. 2005000192444, of the Public Records of Lee County Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
