NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2012, and entered in Case No.1-007459-CI-7; UCN 522011CA007459XXCICI, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DORAL RO ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and EDWARD C. ROWORTH is Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 22, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 578 of DORAL RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement and legally described in Exhibit “A” to the Master Form Occupancy Agreement, as recorded in Official Records Book 9037, Page 836, and and as amended in Official Records Book 9560, Page 36, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded on July 10, 2001, in O.R. Book 11468, Page 652, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 29250 US HWY 19 N, Lot 578, Clearwater, FL 33761.

TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of DORAL RO ASSOCIATION, INC., and including Membership Certificate # 578, representing one (1) share in DORAL RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1976 GLEK mobile home, VIN # FLFL2A62579005 and FLFL2B62579005, Title # 14752813 and 17452814, and Real Property Decal # Y0076542 and X0372700, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
