NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 19th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-003073 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2006 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-HE2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, is the Plaintiff and James W. Maiden, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOTS 1 AND 3, BLOCK 36, EDGEMOOR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1 FOR A DISTANCE OF 89.90 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 171.50 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3, WHICH POINT IS 77.60 FEET NORTHWESTERLY FROM THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 3 A DISTANCE OF 77.60 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG EASTERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOT 3 AND SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 182.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED AS SHOWN RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13228 AT PAGE 2130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
