NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2010 and pursuant to the Order docketed January 19, 2012 Resetting Sale entered in Civil Case No. 10-3455-CA of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein, the Parties are identified as the Plaintiff Residential Funding Company, LLC and Defendants Mohamad Samhoury, a single man, Natasha Hagans, a single woman and Unknown Tenants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via on-line action at website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 10 OF RUSSELL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
