NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-009085-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company , as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Argent Securities Trust 2006-M2, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-M2, Plaintiff and Jeffrey S. Spisak are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on February 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK C, WASHINGTON BRENNAN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
