NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-014776-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank Of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-10, Plaintiff and Jerry T. Delph and Julie R. Delph, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on February 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK L OF GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE(S) 31-33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
