NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA003481XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ANGEL SANTANA, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens field in the instant matter, to wit:
Unit 0604, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15084, Page 873, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 142, Page 1 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
