NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-007332-CO-041 of the County Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bay Pines Condominium Unit Three Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and IRENE KYRIAZIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRENE KYRIAZIS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel, Unit 111, a revision of BAY PINES APARTMENTS UNIT 3, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, pages 62 and 63 and as re-filed in Condominium Plat book 6, pages 13, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3328, page 334, of the Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto; the street address of which is: 9940 47th Avenue N., #111 St. Petersburg, FL 33708.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
