NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-010211-CO-041 of the County Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Coachman Creek Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and VICTOR M. CARRANZA; MARIA S. PALMER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR M. CARRANZA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 2223, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of COACHMAN CREEK, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4913, Pages 1436 through 1502, inclusive, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat book 36, Pages 88 through 105, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, the street address of which is: 2625 SR 590 #2223 Clearwater, FL 33759.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
