DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2004-NC2 ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and JOHN M YATSCO, MARIANN W. YATSCO, C T CORPORATION SYSTEM and MIRABELLA HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
