NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-013508-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC TRUST 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff and LJUBICA OBRENOVIC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A LARRY BOSCH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MIKE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
