THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1702, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CHEVY CHASE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 16, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 94 PAGE(S) 37 AND 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6345, PAGE 33, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6409, PAGE 2395, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTMENT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 3010 North Military Trail, Suite 300, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 on or before March 5, 2012 (30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
