YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following real and personal property described as follows, to-wit:
Unit 121 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of SEMINOLE HILL VILLAS NO. 5, as recorded in O.R. Book 3056, Page 518, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in condominium Plat Book 3, Page 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less that part described in deed recorded in O.R. Book 4553, Page 1842, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sujata J. Patel, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
