NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-015102, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT C. CHRYSLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT C. CHRYSLER; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

From a Point of Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 22, run South 86 degrees 58'00” West along the Northerly line of said Lot 22 a distance of 20.00 feet; thence run South 12 degrees 09'13” East a distance of 70.72 to a Point on the Southerly line of said Lot 21; thence run North 64 degrees 02'00” East along the Southerly line of said Lot 21, a distance of 30.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 21; thence run North 61 degrees 08'00” West Along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 21 a distance of 25.00 feet to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 21; thence run North along the East line of said Lot 22 a distance of 45.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
