NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-003059, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MARGARET E. BOYER A/K/A MARGARET E. FISHER POLLACK A/K/A MARGARET FISHER POLLOCK A/K/A MARGARET E. POLLOCK; FOURTH STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK FSB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET E. BOYER A/K/A MARGARET E. FISHER POLLACK A/K/A MARGARET FISHER POLLOCK A/K/A MARGARET E. BOOK 5551, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1152, INCLUSIVE; AND AS SET FORTH IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 79 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE; BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

THE SOURCE DEED AS STATED ABOVE IS THE LAST RECORD OF VESTING FILED FOR THIS PROPERTY. THERE HAVE BEEN NO VESTING CHANGES SINCE THE DATE OF THE ABOVE REFERENCED SOURCE.
