NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-018221, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHARLES N. GOLDMAN A/K/A CHARLES GOLDMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; JUDY D. GOLDMAN A/K/A JUDY GOLDMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT B AND THE EAST 3 FEET OF THE WEST 8 FEET OF THE SOUTH 45 FEET OF LOT A, LYINGG WEST OF AND ADJJOINING LOT B OF WORFOLK'S RESUBDIVISION PF LOT 1, BLOCK 12, SNELL AND HAMLETT'S BAY VIEW ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
