NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2012 entered in Case No. 09-8217-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE CROSSINGS AT LAKE TARPON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and TERRI CHANDLER and AEMANUS MORTGAGES, LLC are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 2, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 145, The Crossings at Lake Tarpon, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 97, Page 64-66 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
