NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-15626-CI-20 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein INDIAN SANDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC., is Plaintiff, and DAVID A. ANNONI and ALISON L. ANNONI are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 19, 2012, in an online sale at
www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment,
to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit A-3, Building A, Phase 1, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of INDIAN SANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5350, Pages 170 through 243 inclusive; as amended in O.R. Book 5509, Page 1171; O.R. Book 5756, Page 1988; O.R. Book 5803, page 1280 and O.R. Book 5803, Page 1282 and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 60, Pages 78 through 80, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida Together with the exclusive use and enjoyment of Boat Slip No. 2, a limited common element pursuant to said Declaration of Condominium.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
